1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
Terra Exploration Group (“the Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser (“the Customer”) that the MGM4000 is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of original shipment or sale. During this warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective component or assembly that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions below.

2. WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, the Customer must: 1. Notify Terra Exploration Group in writing at support@terraexplorationgroup.com (or through an authorized distributor) describing the defect or failure. 2. Provide the product serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue, including photographs or log data if applicable. 3. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping the unit for inspection or service. 4. Ship the product, prepaid and insured, to the address provided by Terra Exploration Group. Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, the Manufacturer will repair or replace the defective part and return the product at no cost to the Customer.

3. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover: - Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation. - Operation outside the specified environmental or electrical limits. - Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications. - Normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g., cables, connectors, fasteners, housings). - Damage caused by power surges, lightning, flooding, or other natural events. - Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance. Repairs or replacements made outside the warranty period will be subject to standard service charges.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any product defect. The Manufacturer’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business operations, even if advised of such possibilities.

5. VOIDANCE OF WARRANTY
This warranty becomes void if: - The MGM4000 is modified or disassembled by anyone other than Terra Exploration Group or an authorized service provider. - The serial number or identification label has been removed, altered, or defaced. - The product is used in a manner inconsistent with its operating instructions or intended purpose.

6. TRANSFERABILITY
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Transfer to a subsequent owner may be approved upon written notice to Terra Exploration Group within the original warranty period.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
